1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on Orbit Deck (the "Platform"), operated at orbit-deck.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Mission Intelligence & Data Disclaimer
Launch schedules, trajectory estimates, orbital mechanics parameters, vehicle specifications, and countdown clocks are provided for engineering educational, research, and tracking purposes only. Orbit Deck aggregates public data feeds and aerospace telemetry; we make no guarantees regarding real-time pad holds, weather scrubs, or orbital insertion accuracy. Operational spaceflight planning must not rely solely on platform outputs.
3. User Accounts & Pro Subscriptions
Certain features, such as advanced staging calculations, PDF/CSV exports, and fleet comparison analytics, may require a registered account or paid subscription ("Orbit Deck Pro"). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Subscriptions are billed through our secure payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled.
4. Intellectual Property
The Orbit Deck interface, 3D visualization shaders, CAD shaders, telemetry engines, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Orbit Deck. Rocket imagery and launch data remain the property of their respective operators (SpaceX, Rocket Lab, ULA, ESA, NASA) and public domain archives.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our backend APIs or WebAssembly modules through automated bots or denial-of-service tactics. Rate limits are strictly enforced on public data endpoints.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Deck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
